Would leave zero stars if I could. Said my parcel was going to be delivered over a week ago then they couldn’t find my address apparently. Had the same thing 2 days later. I contacted the chat (as you can’t speak to a human being) and was asked for what 3 words etc. Did this 3 times as the app was saying they still had my parcel and that it would be updated in 24 hours. 2 days after the latest chat, the status had been changed to delivered the day after the 2nd delivery attempt on the app. They now say I have to contact the company I bought it from as they are responsible for arranging a refund or replacement. What on earth has happened to customer service in this country, or just doing what you’re meant to do as a paid company 😡

I sent flowers to my Mother-in-law, the company used Yodel. The options for delivery if not in didn't cover her situation (she lives in a retirement block and all deliveries are left on a table in the entrance hall) so I added a note. Yodel say if the recipient isn't in, they'll take a photo. This would have been great however, the driver DID NOT take a photo and all I have is that they were left in the front porch. Remains to be seen if she finds them on her return or they will never be seen again.

My least favourite shipping company. Parcel stuck on "with sender" and "Arriving today" for over 1 week. I've tried to use the online chat several times with no answer. I've called and couldn't get through to a person, just a very unhelpful messaging service. The shipping label was created on the 3rd, it's now the 11th and still no parcel, no tracking and no help with an expected delivery date.

Driver did not stop a my address
I was following the driver on the tracking and he did not stop at my address and just drove past .
I used the tracking information provided to made sure I was at the address to take the delivery .
What is the point providing tracking if the driver can just pick what he wants to do to .
My street is very small with only 5 houses and my work unit in so it would of been no problem finding me .

Driver had 8 deliveries before mine before tracking was disconnected at 16:00 (I took a screenshot at 15:59). Contacted the Helpline immediately and was told driver had tried to deliver at 16:01. After explaining I had a screenshot and suggesting it was impossible to deliver 8 parcels in two minutes across town they advised driver couldn't find my address. How can you claim to have attempted delivery when you can't find the address? It's not a new build, the house is on a main road, clearly numbered and comes up on Googlemaps and SatNav.

Don't use yodel if this is your local depot centre. My first package was delivered to the wrong pickup point and my next parcel has been lost. I managed to get someone on webchat to admit my parcel is lost but it hasn't been registered as lost. They're now returning a parcel they don't have in hopes they wont have to send compensation to the sender

When I ordered online I mentioned that I need this item on 19th a must. Despite my chat with one of the representative I assured that my parcel will be delivered today 19th November. As I am travelling tomorrow that's why I requested to deliver it on it before 19/11.
Since last two days my item shows out for delivery but nothing delivered to me. A very irresponsible and negligible attitude by Yodel. I will never use them again and strongly recommend everyone not to use them.

I agree with other reviewers. Yodel is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Their customer service on Chat line is useless for correct information and contradicting one another. Not answering questions properly and then going off line. I’ve had conflicting information on three phone calls as to why my EBay delivery which was meant to take 3/4 days has taken 13 days to arrive. Was told it was coming from China and would take at least ten days to arrive. 2 person I spoke to said that’s wrong and blamed the seller for giving false information stating they’d not received it and tracking info on Yodel app and Ebay was wrong. Assume customer services is in India as all of them had Asian names and some didn’t understand me and just hung up. Tried to confirm dispatch but they just weren’t interested. Now if sellers from any company use them I won’t buy from them.
