My son has been training at XMA for four months now, the change in him as been incredible, his confidence, manners, and overall attitude have all risen. They run plenty of sessions weekly so there's plenty if opportunity to get in and train. They also run separate events such as summer camps and martial arts events throughout the year, the team are very friendly and work great with kids if all ages and adults. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My journey at X Martial Arts has been transformational. I started in 2015 with very little confidence and in a bad place. All the instructors were very supportive and welcoming and I trained 3 times a week for 4 years to earn my black belt. It’s such an incredible community and in that time I met so many new friends. I was again supported in the following years to become an instructor and school owner, and I’m proud to be able to give back the benefits that I was given. I’m honestly not sure where I’d be if I hadn’t found XMA. I’d highly recommend it to anyone considering starting martial arts or already training! Not only have they become more confident at school, but they also eagerly share what they've learnt with their friends. I’ve been training at X Martial Arts for 10 years now, martial arts has taught me so many core life skills like discipline, confidence and resilience which help me in day to day life both in and out of class. From a staff perspective it is amazing as well as being able to build a career whilst getting to meet so many people, I still have the opportunity to train and attend tournaments.

Our 3 year old has been coming once a week for five months and his confidence has improved massively! Everyone is so friendly and patient and has made sure he integrates well into the class. I would recommend to any one who wants their child to practice martial arts and get regular exercise.
