I’ve been training at WILD for over a year. I’ve been really satisfied as a whole because the package I pay allows me to access unlimited classes and the gym so I feel I get my moneys worth as there is such a variety of classes and I do go 4-5 times a week. The main lessons I attend are hydrox & aerial silks although there are many other options.

I personally have loved this gym because I can see the huge progress I’ve made in silks, and the classes are what I look forward to every single week! And hydrox is intense but I can see the results in my bikini pictures and when I’m on holiday so my overall confidence is high because I’m getting amazing training & learning a unique set of skills a lot of people don’t have access to for a good price. Not only this but everyone is super welcoming & helpful as it’s such a small gym community.

I would highly highly recommend people to try a few classes and join 🙂

I cannot recommend Wild Training highly enough! The gym has a great community spirit, the members and coaches are all so lovely and welcoming. I enjoy the variety of classes and have tried so many new things such as aerial silks which has made exercise fun and enjoyable for me.
The kids classes they offer are amazing, my children have developed their fitness, confidence, social skills and always have fun.
James has created an incredible space with a knowledgeable and passionate team who clearly care about your physical and mental well being. Don't hesitate to try it out, you won't be disappointed :0)

Great classes and programming, every session has an element of learning and building on skills along with fitness, strength and neurological challenges. There is something for everyone or you can try everything from strongman to aerial silks. The members are also friendly and encouraging.

This place is my second home, I love it. I have been a member a few years now and I tried a number of other gyms before finding Wild. Amazing coaches, great classes with varied programming. Not your typical gym but if you’re bored of average gyms and want something different then give it a try. Great community feel, I’ve made some incredible friends which was so important to me being new to the area. Non judgemental, welcoming staff and members with plenty of space.

I recently made the switch to Wild Training after being a member at a large corporate gym (David Lloyd). While the pool and facilities there were impressive, it felt like something was missing—it lacked the heart and soul of a true community. I found myself unmotivated and not enjoying my workouts, so I decided to give Wild Training a shot with James’ 6-week unlimited trial.

And wow, what a difference! Wild Training is a gym with a heart and soul. The atmosphere here is incredible—people actually know each other and friendships are formed right at the gym. The instructors take the time to learn everyone’s names and make new members feel welcome right away. It can be nerve-racking trying new classes, especially when they’re tough, but they always adapt the workouts to your ability, making sure you never feel like an outsider.

As a business owner myself, I know the blood, sweat, and tears it takes to build something great. James has truly created something special here, and he should be incredibly proud. He’s the heart and soul of this gym—an owner who genuinely cares, listens to feedback, and is constantly looking to improve.

And a special shout-out to all the trainers, who are just fantastic. My personal favourite is Greg, because he always pushes me, and one day—I promise—I’ll nail that squat! 🤣

Thanks to Wild Training for making my gym experience the best it’s ever been. Hands down, the best community gym out there!

I really like being a member of wild training, it’s a different style of training to what I have done previously at other gyms. The classes are so diverse and not static throughout the year, new classes at different times are always being added to the schedule.
The instructors are great really knowledgeable and are much more interested in ensuring your form is correct to prevent injuries than smashing out reps.
The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
