Unbelievable experience with Velo Edge - finally a bike shop that’s honest and truly up to standard with modern bikes!

Had my new Factor built by Al this week, and despite the stress of a part not arriving on time, the team - especially Al - was incredibly understanding and supportive.

Now that I have it back, it’s the first time I’ve felt 100% confident in the work done on my bike. P.S. Al wraps bars like a pro!

Fantastic service all round. Before purchasing a bike I started with a precision bike fit that helped me get into a better position. Once Matt had all the measurements he helped me select a bike to my budget, and make the necessary upgrades for my size, including crank length and handle bar configuration. The team at velo edge quickly ordered and built the bike which has riden like a dream

Absolutely fantastic experience with Velo Edge.

I was really struggling with thoracic back pain on my road bike and was looking for a new frame and position on the bike. I booked a bike fit with Matt. We looked at frameset options and I ordered one. The bike was custom built using my bike fit data and components from my old road bike within a week.

Al built up the frame and I've had it now for about 2 months. The new bike has completely transformed my experience on the bike. Previously I struggled to ride more than an hour due to pain. I'm now regularly riding 3-4 hours in comfort - the only thing holding me back is my fitness!!

I can't recommend the whole team at Velo Edge enough. Total class from start to finish. Helpful, friendly advice. Quality kit. Great bike build. Thank you all!
