I have used Urban Horse for the first time, they were recommended to me by a friend. I have a 20yr old donkey that has experienced the biggest abscess in his foot, which was treated by the vet and his foot had 4 drill holes in to drain the abscess… very long procedure! He is now doing so much better but he needs boots to wear until his holes have grown down to also avoid anything getting in there. So I contacted Urban Horse for advice on what would be best for him and Carolyn and Svava have been so helpful in finding us the perfect solution. So i have bought the equine fusion all terrain boots size 11 and easy boot comfort pads. What a huge difference to his walking and comfort they have made! Tried them on last night for the first time and they are a perfect fit! We are two very happy customers! Highly recommend using Urban Horse!

The only place you should be buying hoof boots from! Carolyn is incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable. I’m completely new to hoof boots and she helped me through the entire process of hiring the fit kit, fitting the shells, reviewing pictures and videos and recommending sizes and accessories. Nothing was too much bother, I won’t be going anywhere else for hoof related products.

My dales pony has been successfully barefoot for 12 years, initially transitioning in cavallos which were excellent. Now 24 I wanted a more flexible sole and lightweight boot as he appears to be feeling stones more in his advancing years so I contacted Urban horse.
Suava and Carolyn have been extremely helpful,supportive and VERY patient. The initial suggestion of scoots sadly didn't work for Ben's hooves and heel bulbs . I had resisted flex due to his feather but he now has front flex boots as is walking out so comfortably and confidently over stony tracks.Im so happy with the service I have received and never felt any pressure just support from Urban horse..many thanks from Ben and me x

Incredibly helpful staff, helping me size my pony’s feet properly for hoof boots, and helping me with advice on different brands and work arounds when the ones I initially wanted were out of stock from the suppliers. Could not do enough to help me, would recommend to everyone.

I got a bitless bridle from urban horse and it's amazing quality, really soft and padded leather. I messaged on facebook as I was a bit hesitant and wanted to find somethings out about bitless riding and was told phone and speak to Carolyn as she knows most about this sort of thing. She was incredibly helpful and talked about everything I wanted to know. I also ordered the wrong size and they were absolutely lovely about it and let me do an exchange for the size up with no problem! So a very big thank you for all the help I received!

Can't recommend Carolyn and Svava highly enough. I'm a barefoot novice and on the recommendation of my farrier, I contacted Urban Horse and they've helped me through every "step" of the process and interpreted the photos and videos to get Stroller the right footwear. Extremely responsive and didn't make me feel stupid (quite rare in horsey world!). Recommend using their Flex Fit Hire Service if you've not tried boots before as a low risk way of working out the best fit and type for your horse.
