As Vehicle Recovery company, we recognised the need to move forward in the digital world and at the same time reduce our carbon footprint. We invited several companies to tender for our requirements and formulate came across as the standout provider, both on cost and on their proposal as they fully understood our needs and presented an app-based system that fully satisfied our requirements without over complicating things. The formulate team headed by Kerry worked tirelessly with us and our existing paperwork and turned it into a working digital format. Kerry worked tirelessly and was on hand whenever we had a problem and solved any issue quickly and hassle free. So BDV Recovery Ltd have no problem with giving a 5-star rating.

As a complete technophobe I needed a company that was going to hold my hand through the process. The girls at Triangle in Hemel did exactly that and made what could've been a daunting project much simpler and easier to implement. Anna and Kerry couldn't have been more supportive and didn't bombard me with techie phrases I had no chance of understanding; this was very much appreciated.

What I ended up with was exactly what I asked for and you can't get much better than that. No hesitations in recommending them to anyone.

Well I actually didn't want to give one star but I had too in order to post.
I instructed Triangle Software, to build a software solution for my company. During the build process it was an absolute shambles. At no point did the system work and it was never anywhere close to being fit for purpose. After many complaints I was assured, by Triangle, that the system had been thoroughly tested and was now ready to release and install into a live environment. However, they pointed out that, as per their terms and conditions, they would not release the software until the final invoice was paid in full. The money was therefore transferred, albeit reluctantly, but they refused to release the software until they received the funds. In total Triangle received approximately £35,000 from me. Not to mention the hardware that had to be purchased to run the software itself. This money was my inheritance following my father passing away. Needless to say the system didn't work. It was littered with errors and wasn't anywhere close to being a workable solution.
I gave them another opportunity to remedy the problem only for them to provide me, once again, with a totally unworkable solution. I was then met with lies and a wall of silence. As I lost large contracts due to me being unable to provide a sellable solution to my clients, I asked for my money to be refunded. This was denied by Tim and met with many excuses before they cut off communication entirely. I instructed a solicitor who sent Triangles solicitor many letters but these where met by delayed and evasive responses.
I had invested all my money into the development of this software solution and reached a stage when I could no longer afford anymore legal fees. Something that Triangle were hoping for by pre longing the matter and avoiding answering anything raised by my solicitor.
To this day, I haven't received a penny from Phil and I haven't received a software solution, which they were contracted and obligated to provide.
As Phil has made absolutely no effort to rectify this matter and has ceased any form of communication with me, hoping that the matter will just go away, I feel I am left with no other option than to make as many people/companies as possible aware of the appalling treatment that I have received by him and his company and to alert others that Triangle still have £35,000 of my money and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. How Phil feels that this is in anyway acceptable is utterly beyond me.
I just hope that no one else experiences this type of disgraceful business practise

Triangle designed and developed a bespoke software system which we use everyday to run our business
They were a pleasure to work with , in particular Michael Thornhill who unfortunately no longer works with them .
Still I would recommend them highly
