We approached Martin in May 2018 as we wanted to expand our customer relations and set up a website. He was very approachable, knowledgeable and professional and helped us through all the kinks. I originally approached Martin in 2014 to build a website and I was told after weeks of non contact that he was "too busy" to build itand a Third Party was taking over. I did not hear from Martin again until earlier this year when through a Third Party he demanded a Payment of 50 pounds for the domain Name I contacted him and arranged to set up a Payment plan which he ignored and through a third Party contact i paid him installments which he claimed he did not receive. I was then contacted earlier this week by a third Party to say if i did Not Pay Martin 90 pounds that he was terminating my website I managed to contact Martin directly and was spoken to badly. I am Upset to think how anyone in business could act so unprofessionally making threats of taking my website down when he has not billed me directly and always used a third Party to contact me, Apart from his phone number not even his email works on here and I had no option to contact him on Facebook to express my concerns and he has since blocked me. Please do not use his service as he will not respond to you and when he does he will make threats and demands he even told me that his Electric was gonna get disconnected if I didnt cough up Payment. I would have been happy to set up a direct debit for his services if needs be.My Advice Avoid like the Plague and go Elsewhere
