Our critical infrastructure has been located here for a few years. We recently went through a upgrade on the amount of space we have within the Jacksonville data center. The technician that assisted was phenomenal. He was there to begin before the outage window was to start and was well prepared to ensure minimal downtime. The staff overall has been great throughout the years. The facility does a good job communicating changes and incidents. We have not experienced any downtime. The facility is well maintained.

Worse Accounting and Administrative team I have dealt with. So Glad I moved my Servers to google and Flexential. I have been billed for nearly 6 months after cancelling and moving out. Unprofessional to say the least.
