We recently had the pleasure of working with This Is Effective for a last-minute order of lanyards, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their service. With a 24 hour deadline ahead of an inspection, we expected to settle for generic lanyards. However after reaching out to This IS Effective we discovered they could deliver exactly what we needed.

Not only did they produce over 20 bespoke lanyards with our logo, but their attention to detail was outstanding. A particular impressive touch was how the word “Visitor’ on the lanyard was colour matched to our logo – something we never thought possible considering deadline.

The quality was amazing but their professionalism, speed and kindness was what made our experience with them. Katie in particular was incredibly helpful over the phone and made the process easy.

We did have one issue where the plastic holders were missing, but Katie went above and beyond by contacting another store and arranging for us to collect them the next day. This was help was greatly appreciated and meant we had what we needed on the day of inspection.

We are extremely grateful for This Is Effective and look forward to working with them again. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of high-quality and quick custom products with the best customer service.

Great family run business with polite and helpful staff, They designed the artwork signage for my work van and got to work on it. Great communication and very reasonable on price. I would highly recommend, I will be using this company again for various things

Feel very let down by this company. I needed an item of clothing to be printed onto at short notice for a fundraising event for my disabled child, they were happy to help. Dropped off the clothing and told to return 2 days later to collect, which was perfect as I needed it for the event the day after. Emails back and forth about the time of collection as it is a 1.5hr drive from me, told to arrive late afternoon for collection. Got there at 3:30 to be told they hadn’t done it. No apology, just a blank stare as if they couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t even offer to do it there and then, just handed me back the item of clothing. A complete waste of my time, driving there and back to drop off, and there and back for what was meant to be a collection!! 6 hours wasted, beyond a joke. Which left me basically no time at all to get it printed elsewhere. Totally rude and unhelpful, 100% would not recommend this company if this is the way they treat people raising money for charity.

This is a very friendly family run business offering a large number of services, from personalised clothing to large signage and vehicle graphics. Sara and Jonathan are nice and easy to deal with and will go out of their way to help in any way they can. I'd highly recommend them.
