Digital marketing course. Disappointed with the support. The course includes employment support and interviews with their contact companies. So far, I have been passed around between three 'business development managers', who don't reply to emails or provide any support whatsoever. Complete waste of time.

"I applied for a free course, and they required me to write an essay about the Internet for an assessment. After that, I didn't hear anything from them for a month. I eventually enrolled in a similar course at a college with an immediate start. Overall, I found the process with Think Employment quite disappointing."

A good place to learn and get qualifications for either a job, college or just general life. Think Employment makes learning fun with a nice friendly atmosphere and meeting new people that may be studying the same course as you, you can get together and learn together and learn from other students not just tutors. Tutor Jen made my Maths journey a easier with lots of help from her as i found it rather difficult at level 2 as i also got a job whilst learning at the centre when completing other courses. She was very helpful and give me one-one tuition with in particular areas in maths even when the centre was busy. I would say they need another maths tutor or someone that has some knowledge of maths as sometimes Jen is not available or helping others it is hard to get further as you need the help.Thankyou to Jen for helping me through my maths qualification, she is always willing to help anyone and very patient.

I have completed IT Skills level, and feel happy. I enjoyed the courses although it was a challenge for me, its becouse of the scheme of the course, because of staff - that is very supportive and at the same time demanding discretly encouraging for progressing in a pleasant atmosphere (tea and coffee helps as well) . It is a great support and very important help for improving my chances to get a job. Thank you. Jolanta

The tutors that I have had (Ben and Holly), make it easy to learn and gain qualifications. Learning is made fun by the tutors in a relaxed atmosphere. They are extremely helpful and do everything they can to make sure you achieve your qualifications.

On and off I have been using the centre for a number of years. The organisation used to be based in Hunslet. Like most things that are funded by government resources are always very limited. The expectations on frontline staff are that they should be able to preform miracles to enable them to get the job done.
The courses offered by the centre are always in high demand. The number of learners are always greater then the staff who are their to provide the support they need.
I have been supported by different staff members over the years. Even though i was the learner i have observed how well the staff juggled through when under serious pressures. All staff have shown how well the learner have been supported. The professionalism they show reflects their level of commitment to the program. They are very friendly matured extremely helpful. If they cannot answer a question, they always will comeback with an answer.
Overall I have very much enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend the centre purely based on the quality of staff I have encountered.

I have learned a lot on this course. Every time I have been struggling or not understood something, the tutors have always been able to show and help me get through my course. Thank you for helping me get my qualifications to get the job I have been wanting!
