I have just completed the 6 week challenge at the TC. As someone that had trained solo previously this is exactly the environment anyone could want to push themselves further and to help reach their full potential. Coaches are insightful and supportive and adapt the workout in order to fit your needs/ability. The sessions are well planned and structured over the week so that you can recover effectively. I have signed up to be a full time member and cannot wait to continue to train here!

I just completed the 6 week challenge and joining this fantastic gym was as natural as breathing. From the first session I was made to feel welcome. I was apprehensive at first as I am a lot older than many of the members but it made no difference. They accepted me as one of their own from the start.
The coaches are very attentive and supportive. The emphasis is on getting the technique right at the start rather than pushing too hard. I feel I have progressed really well and look forward to each session.

I just completed the 6 week challenge and became a full member. It was a no brainer. Coaches and facilities are amazing. Even though you work in small groups, you still get the personal training from the coaches based on your level. I have progressed week on week since joining and I am looking forward to continuing with my progression. If you get the opportunity to join, don't pass it up!

Joined 18th November on a 6 week induction period. Initially i was apprehensive as ive never joined a club before and trained on my own in the past. Best decision ive made. The coaches are top draw, the staff are the same in coffee shop. I havent looked back and its become a way of life for me now. Go there every morning 7-8 and then crack on with work and family life. There isnt a single negative to joining the TC. Its personal training in a group, all the lads that go are great and theres no egos. If you wanna better yourself and make ya family proud then join. Its a no brainer. 5/5 from day one

Not only a gym. It’s a great place to be if you want to improve your lifestyle or start training again(properly this time;)
I’ve been training for 12weeks and i’ve lost 10kg. You never left alone to train, you always in a small group of lads fully supported by a coach! I mean on every exercise you got someone watching your form, your tempo, your weight! No space to go wrong! I joined to loose some weight and get my lower back pain reduced. But i got more than i ever expected. I brought my mate to train here too! He says the same thing-he loves it! Its gonna be powerful movement throughout the country one day, so i would recommend you join and start progressing, apart from
Couple of kg of fat, you got nothing to lose bro😀

I initially signed up for a 6 week challenge to get me back into the gym and general fitness with the idea of then going back to a typical gym close to home and training on my own, 6 weeks later I’ve completed the challenge and signed up for a 5 day week membership.

No matter what time you book into or the coach you have for the session, the plan itself and intensity is spot on, well thought through and different for every individual.

The coaches are a credit to the place, Marcus, Saman, Brett, Cole and Ross, they know everyone’s names and can coach anyone no matter their current condition or goals.

I genuinely don’t see myself going anywhere else, the best self investment I’ve ever made!

I have just finished my 6 week challenge with TC club. As a guy who has been away from the gym for many years and was nervous for a return can honestly say that my experience has been outstanding.

All of the coaches are excellent and very experienced but more importantly extremely supportive. It has been the best thing for me and I can’t wait for the upcoming months. The programmes and session are methodically planned and well thought out on how to get the best from the individual.

Extremely professional and thanks for putting the enjoyment back into fitness for me.
