Our 8 year old daughter broke her femur in a skiing accident. After physiotherapy to get her walking and running, we noticed a gait and shielding of the injured leg in her movements. The Running School have made a huge difference in her running ability, which we hope will help her long term to avoid injury.

I recently completed a 6-session course at The Running School, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first session, their expertise and personalized approach were evident. Harry was my main coach, and he did an incredible job guiding me through the process. Yara and Evangelos also stepped in for a few sessions, and they were equally professional and supportive.

I can not speak highly enough of the Running school Team,
Our son broke his ankle and after 6 weeks in supportive boot we noticed he developed a strange walking and running pattern.

His speed had despaired and running pattern become very flat footed.

Within 8 regular sessions the Running School Team managed to correct running pattern and help our son with additional rehab program.

The progress from session 1 to current is quite unbelievable.

The team are highly experienced, full of enthusiasm and transparent throughout the rehab/workout sessions.

I would have no hesitation in recommending The Running School. I originally went to them with pain in my heel/ankle, which was subsequently diagnosed after Xray as a bone spur at my Achilles insertion. The consultant said I would be unable to run regularly and pain-free again without surgery. As a keen runner for physical and mental health reasons, I was pretty devastated to hear this.

At one point, it even hurt just to walk... but last weekend, believe it or not, I managed to take a minute off my pre-injury 5K PB!! I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't been through it.

By getting me walking backwards on the treadmill and following a regular strength regime, Mike and especially Yara now have me running further and faster than ever, just eight months later. I trust them implicitly to understand how the body works and what is needed to strengthen/balance out any problems. The only caveat is that you need to commit and put in the work yourself; sadly, it isn't a magic wand solution! A huge thank you to everyone 🙂
