I joined the Polehub in January 23 and it’s the best! I have progressed so much over time and definitely seen a difference in my ability and strength. The instructors are amazing, they have patience and time for each student and the class is always great fun. It’s is fantastic being part of a great community, we all cheer each other on and celebrate each others achievements. I learn something new every week not only new moves, but I also learn a lot about myself. I find pole a challenge, but that’s why I like it so much. I am gutted I didn’t find pole in my 20s! But it really is something special and great to be part of 🙂

I have been enjoying pole lessons with The Pole Hub for over a year now, and all I can say is even though I find the classes challenging at times, and pole is not something that comes naturally to me, the instructors are wonderful, I have a great time, and I have achieved way more than I ever thought I could. I love pole - thanks so much Helen, and all your wonderful instructors for making it so fun!!

Daisy, is an amazing teacher. So patient, fun and very supportive.
It's a very friendly atmosphere and everyone cheers each other on.

I have been a member of 3 pole schools before finding The Pole Hub in Staines 7 months ago and my pole skills have developed so much in that time. My instructor pushes me each week and encourages me to achieve moves I previously thought were out of my reach. Everyone is really friendly and supportive and my pole classes are the highlight of my week.

I have been doing pole classes for over three years with The Pole Hub and could not shout my praises any louder. I was a little apprehensive before my first class but I was greeted by amazing talented instructors who make you feel at ease and encourage you. This same positive mentality has not changed as I’ve progressed through the levels! I would definitely recommend trying a class to anyone!

My instructor Chaniqua is amazing and really pushes us every week to build us up to the next stage. I went into the 6 week beginner course in Staines with my friend after a taster class. We didn’t know what to expect, but it went a lot better than we thought! Our instructor is Tasha who is really lovely. She breaks down every move and then puts it all together at the end of the class. We are really enjoying it and moving onto the intermediate class next week. If you’re thinking about doing a new fun form of exercise, do not hesitate. Give it a go at the Pole Hub. Highly recommend!

The Pole Hub started as a new way of training for me in 2016, 4 years later and its become more like a home and somewhere I cannot live without.

I have had many instructors over the years and all of them have been amazing. They are so good at pushing you in class and building your confidence. I started a very insecure person but pole has given me confidence to push boundaries and strive for what I want to achieve. I am capable of things I never thought I would be and love going to class every week.
The Pole Hub is one of the friendliest, most enjoyable places to train, i love my training partners and my instructors, and would spend every day training here if I could ❤

You will not regret starting, but be warned, its addictive!!
