Very well equipped gym, good parking. Despite peak hours , the waiting time to use equipment are not long because many of the machines come in duplicates and cardio machines are plenty to accommodate. Clean and friendly environment maintained by staff and gym users. I feel comfortable and at ease with its relatively spacious setting .

As a gym it serves its purpose in most areas but having joined on an annual membership at the beginning of the year and following a number of visits previously, i have to say i am pretty disappointed and disgusted with some of the facilities and the speed at which any repairs and maintenance are carried out. My main issue with the site its the shower and toilet facilities. The water pressure in the showers is shocking and you have to stand against the wall in all cubicles to shower properly. This is the case when noone else is using them and also when i have been the only person in the gym so not down to demand. Worse than this is the urinals and the fact that they absolutely stink (understatement!!) And as now are always taped off with out of service signs. There seems to be a complete lack of care. Most chose not to shower at the gym and are probably happy with the basics but i chose to and pay for the sub stardard facilities so am not happy.
I also enjoy using the rowing machines and start my workout on them but as above they seem to lack regular maintenance and a number of them have failed bearings or other issues.

Great gym with lots of equipment and machines. Staff are so friendly and always go above and beyond to help. I had been at many fancy gyms before, and none had this level of excellence in customer care.

Good to keep going to the Gym , Altrincham. Easy to access and use and still managing to do most of routines. Bright , clean and cheerful inside.A good selection of training equipment

Tired and shoddy 24 hour gym standard. Expect fire alarms , random security alarms, lockers that don’t lock, toilets with no toilet paper, missing attachments and every now and then the app that lets you in will stop working without notice…as well as e website going down. Considering the size of the gym and being part of a national chain…do better guys

Generally clean and tidy gym. Large shower/changing rooms and has some machines not found at other gyms within this chain. Also has a decent functional fitness area

Friendly, clean and well run gym, great value and special mention to Mani who is a fabulous PT, he's incredibly patient and positive and I've really improved in the four months or so I've been training with him. Absolutely recommended!
