Topless people walking around using equipment and then not wiping it down, leaving sweat all over it.
These same people using their own speaker playing music that drowned out my own headphones which were at full volume.
Awful experience all round. Would not recommend

Been going to this gym for about 18 months now and it started off excellent I gave it a five star review initially. However lately the gym has become overcrowded and there are certain people that think it is acceptable to spend most of their time dancing and singing at the top of their lungs whilst wearing headphones. This is a massive distraction to everybody else! Also it seems to have become acceptable to have phone calls and even FaceTime calls via headphones at the top of your voice right next to people that are working out!! unfortunately (and this is no reflection on the gym itself because the place is immaculate). I have to knock it down to 3 stars because although there are posters around the gym explaining about not using your phone to make phone calls and not being in other peoples personal space this seems to have gone unnoticed and unregulated recently. Thinking of looking elsewhere.

Review update (07/03/25): on my arrival at the gym today a staff member spoke to me directly regarding my review(above) he explained to me that he was now aware of the situation and would address it personally . This was excellent customer care and it showed me that reviews are read and taken seriously. And taking the time to speak to me face to face regarding this matter was very much appreciated. Thank you for your time and feed back. Based on this I have returned to a five star rating again.

Very clean and modern gym! Can get very busy at peak times but it never feels overcrowded. There is lots of well maintained equipment to use so no waiting around for a machine or weights to become available. It can be hard to book on a class as they are very popular and spaces are taken really quickly. Always staff on duty if you need any support or questions answered and there is also the option to book sessions with a personal trainer. All in all a great gym, would highly recommended.

I have been at the gym since it opened. I PT twice a week with Jack, who is fantastic in supporting my training plans to complement my running. He always pushes me during the sessions and I always enjoy my sessions.
All staff are always friendly and approachable.
Love the Gym Group Accrington and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great gym! Good equipment, great atmosphere and the staff are all really friendly. I do Personal Training Sessions with Ross and he has massively helped me build my confidence in the gym. I really enjoy my sessions with him, and he has helped me towards reaching my fitness goals.

I can't praise the staff at this gym enough. Always friendly, helpful and smiles on thier face, even at 6am in the morning. The atmosphere is great and friendly, the cleanliness is good. I play golf and have improved my distance and game due to training here, and also it has helped with my general fitness.I have recommended this gym to all my friends. Fantastic experience 👍❤️

Gym group is fantastic. Great door system so it's secure. The staff are polite. Not really had dealings with all the staff only with Ross who is a great help and can have a good laugh. Would really recommend this gym and this instructor in particular
