The Baby Experience

We absolutely LOVED baby massage with Lou! This is easily one of the best classes we have been to. Lou creates a warm and friendly atmosphere, making sure everyone felt comfortable before beginning each massage session. The songs and resources provided make it easy to remember what steps to follow. My baby was 12 weeks when we joined and was struggling with colic, trapped wind and reflux. Since then these symptoms have almost completely gone and I’m left with a very happy and relaxed baby that sleeps after every session. 5 weeks flew by and I have already recommended this class to some of my friends. I would 100% recommend this class for any new mamas and their babies. The homemade tea and cake was also a massive plus. Thanks again, Lou!

Such an amazing class, would definitely recommend and to be honest would love to do again! Lou is a great teacher, gave us lots of tips and advice but also such a calming presence for the babies. I really appreciated how the classes were very much baby led, and we went with the flow each week and was so easy for us mums. Already putting what we learnt to good use and my baby loves her bedtime baby massage!

I just completed the Baby Massage course at “The Baby Experience” and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The instructor Lou was incredibly knowledgeable and nurturing, making the entire atmosphere warm and welcoming. She shared not only the techniques of baby massage but also the importance of bonding and communication with your little one. The course was perfectly structured, with a nice blend of theory and hands-on practice. I loved how we were encouraged to practice massage directly with our babies, which made learning feel natural and fun. The practical tips and massage techniques have already made a noticeable difference in my baby's relaxation and sleep patterns! What stood out to me was the focus on creating a calm environment for both the parent and baby. Also Lou was very generous and shared with us a lot of insights into infant development and cues, which were invaluable! We talked about reflux, upset tummies, sleeping, positioning for babies, and breastfeeding. I highly recommend this course to any parent looking to enhance their bond with their baby while learning the beautiful practice of massage!

What an amazing class, with a super lovely and knowledgeable teacher! Lou is wonderful, the massage techniques we have learned are really helpful, and it was in a nice relaxing setting that enabled us to make friends with other mums and babies. Can't recommend highly enough!

We absolutely loved baby massage! Lou is so personable and lovely. You get this wonderful experience with your baby. U can bond, have fun, learn new nursery rhymes and leave with a nice box of tricks if you ever need them. Lou is also an incredible baker! So we had a cake each week. The sessions aren't rushed, she listens to what the babies are feeling like and manages the class from there.

A delayed review but just wanted to say thank you so much to Lou. I booked onto the baby massage classes via The Baby Experience and had a fantastic time! Every class I took something away and my little one absolutely loves a massage now. We have taken the tools and tips from Lou and incorporated into our bedtime routine; the massages do wonders for my little one and after every class they would sleep so well (especially that first session). The classes run by Lou were such a relaxing experience and baby led. This was my first ever baby class as a first time mum and what a great experience; being in a space where you feel safe with no judgement if your little one is crying, hungry, needs a nappy change etc. Bonus- Lou is a great baker and we would always finish the class with a hot drink and cake and had open conversations with Lou & the other parents. Thank you again Lou for such a great experience ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed Baby Massage with Lou! It was an informative and practical course, which took place in a very cosy environment. Lou is a lovely and approachable instructor, who is also a delicious baker - with each class ending with tea/coffee and cake! I was recommended the class by a friend and would happily recommend it to others moving forward!

Lou's baby massage class was great - she generates a low pressure environment to learn some useful tools to help baby relax while also connect with other mums. And as a bonus, she makes a cake every week :). I've already recommended the class to friends.
