Great levels of customer service... when booking for service work to be done to Model 3 was kept well informed prior to appointment, provided with a courtesy car over the weekend. Always kept informed regarding the status of the repair throughout. Staff are friendly, repairs quick and hastle free... super efficient.

Categorically the worst customer experience in ages - Tesla should be ashamed. This would be considered unacceptably rubbish for a cheap mobile phone shop - not a supposedly technology-led, premium car company.

I have been waiting almost a year for a replacement part. I still don't know if this is available. The app will only let me schedule an appointment - the soonest is 6 weeks away - and the service center is over an hour away. Still have no idea if they can fix the problem, or how long this will take. THERE ARE NO PHONE NUMBERS ANYWHERE. Wasted 25 minutes on a 'chat' conversation that would have taken 2 minutes by phone - they don't know the answer, and they can't find a phone number either. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Great car, terrible company. DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Always friendly and accommodating. Managed to do a day's work at the lounge whilst waiting for a service rather than travel backwards and forwards via taxi, which was offered. Great service!

The team at Brooklands are fantastic on all three occasions I’ve had to call in, clear advice re. Maintenance, fixes general care

Loaner vehicles available on the occasions I needed one but a great place to work when the car needed a shorter stop.

I feel for the Brooklands team now Tesla do not let customers contact service centres directly. Tesla force people to use web based contact forms or app based forms for service and quarries and send out with central SMS and email responses without reviewing car notes etc and the Brooklands team have to pick up the pieces - this is still my preferred service centre from the three I have nearby.
