I worked for Supported Recruitment Ltd for about three years when I lived up North. James, his brother, and the whole team, were absolutely wonderful to work for. I genuinely cannot fault them. I mostly communicated with James, and he was always polite, friendly and professional. If you are looking to work for a supply agency in the York and Leeds areas, and anywhere in between, then I would highly recommend you contact this agency.

Having worked as a Level TA for another agency then joined Supported, I notice a big difference. Absolutely great people to work for. When I first started supply teaching, I registered with a couple of agencies and Supported Recruitment were by far the best! I feel this is due their amazing work ethic, and how good they are at looking after both their supply staff and the schools. I worked mainly with James, James always matched me up with fantastic schools, that I thoroughly enjoyed working in. James was always very supportive. Supported recruitment were on it from the start with finding me work. Within a few days of signing up, I had guaranteed work all of the time. The locations of the schools were all in York within just a few miles from home. ( I did not once have to travel long distance). The schools that I worked at were of a high standard and super friendly. I felt appreciated and welcomed from the get go. The rate of pay was very good and I was paid punctually every week. Ross, the agent who helped me to secure work was helpful, supportive and friendly. I have now secured a contract within one of the schools that they cover , however I would not hesitate to use them again in the future if anything were to change.

Very professional agency with brilliant communication. When I started I met with James for a coffee and we went through my previous experience and what age children I would be happy to work with. I wasn't with them for long (a whole half term) as I was successful in getting a teaching job after a few weeks. I've asked to be kept on their books just in case I need them again in the future. I would definitely recommend.

I love working with Supported Recruitment. It is flexible work in various lovely schools around York. It offers day to day work as well as longer placements. I really enjoy my TA work with them and the agency has a nice nature, and I feel confident and happy to approach my superiors about anything and everything.

It's not easy to choose a Supply Agency to work for as there are many to pick from. I'm very glad I chose Support-Ed. They enrolled me efficiently and began booking me much more quickly than I had anticipated.
