Course was very short and very poor. Took £12 for a student ID card to be posted out in June 2024 and still waiting for a refund due to non delivery. Refund was originally given by bank and all over until they told the bank I had completed the course, I already knew this, I’d paid for an ID card and asked for money back due to non arrival not the course so the bank took money back. They then said they can’t refund me as I’ve had it off the bank, going around in circles now, it’s gone way past the point of it’s just £12 is the principal of it. Refund has been authorised several times yet never arrived.
