Amazing gym! Myself and my girlfriend moved away from London and were used to a big hardcore gym with great kit and atmosphere.

We were worried if we would find this again but we really have here!! It has all the kit you need (Hammer strength, Panatta, Gym80) and the atmosphere and people are what makes it. Hardcore training vibe but lovely people!

Best gym in the area by far! Great quality equipment, very clean, never have to wait extended periods of time for anything. The community Studio1 has is absolutely brilliant, it is an incredibly inspiring place.

I really loved this gym. Was able to join for a week as I was visiting relatives in the area, and was made to feel welcome by the owner and other members. Every piece of equipment you could think of, and all for a very reasonable price.

By far the best gym in Hampshire 😎 incredible equipment, phenomenal vibe and such inspiring people training in there. Classic old school bodybuilding gym with all the equipment you could possibly want (oh and a shop with cookies 🤤)

Awesome proper gym. Fantastic equipment.

Used by serious lifters and body builders but very friendly to all levels. No posers.
