Post was removed from trust pilot so I’ll try here instead.
Company haven’t honoured my order. Should of arrived today but hasn’t yet been dispatched. Tried to cancel and get my money back but I can’t. I worked so hard to save for Christmas and now this.
No one is helping or listening to anything. Customer service just keep repeating the same script and I’ve been told it will arrive before Christmas. No good to me when I’m seeing my family and friends before hand. And why reply to my review on trust pilot and then get it removed. Makes me wonder how many others have been removed.
Please someone give me money back so I can buy alternative gifts.

Stock Availability 'Yes' - yet no stock. I'll let you work that out...

I purchased a chest of drawers on 29/07/2023, when checking their stock availability on said item, it stated in-stock (green tick).

The other visible stock status opetions were available to order (amber tick), Low Stock (amber arrow) and Out of Stock (Red X).

The order was confirmed on 30/07/2023, but i received an email on 03/08/2023 stating there is a delay to my order and no new delivery date at that time.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR STOCK AVAILABILITY AS IT IS INCORRECT

It is still showing stock even when I'm writing this, yet I've now been informed that the item is due to Studio on 21/08/2023, with the item being delivered in 5 working days after that, so that would possible be 4 weeks delivery time for an 'in-stock' item.

Do not trust their stock availability, buy elsewhere.

Very bad experience and terrible customer service. Our package arrived severely damaged, so bad I'm unsure what could have happened, and the TV unit inside was also badly broken. It then took Studio over two weeks to arrange collection in which time we had a large package taking up the hallway. It probably would have taken longer if we hadn't taken it to social media, which I don't like to do but I believe a fail of this size deserves a speedier response and a hint of apology. We finally got our money back and purchased a media unit elsewhere. Wouldn't use again and wouldn't recommend.

3 months later....still waiting on refund! Do not buy from studio. There is a massive issue which I didn't think to do my research as I trusted them from a few people using them. Nope ..they have done a massive issue recently

Studio have just had an office re configuration and full dec overhaul by Overbury and their teams of quality sub contractors. Every room is amazing, modern yet contemporary, finished to an amazing quality and standard. Fabulous street map etched glazing panels to meeting rooms, an amazing open plan dinning area with kitchens everywhere, a milti faith room, new shower rooms, modern vanity units to every bathroom. All credit due to the contractors Overbury - Very impressive.
