We used Stirling Ackroyd after failing to sell our flat with three previous Estate Agents. Antonios and the team were attentive to what we needed, kept us updated on a regular basis without being too over the top in terms of communication, and ultimately was able to sell our property twice over (first buyer pulled out) over a 6 week period.

5 stars for Matthew Fernandez. He is very responsive and is always going the extra mile to provide a better service & finding new tenants for my property as soon as possible.

Unfortunately 1 star lost due to the subpar service from the property management team. It seems they are more interested in the demands of the tenants than the landlord, which I find quite strange.

I would have moved to a different property agent if it weren’t for Matthew.

Very professional and efficient. The thing that has most impressed us after several changes is how fast they find new tenants. It was so fats last time that we had to rush to get a look at the place before the new tenant arrived. They remove all the hassle of dealing with the tenants which we could have done with in the not too distant past before we upgraded to the full service.

From start to finish Sterling Akroyd were professional, knowledgeable & helpful. We started the process of putting the property on the market at the end of April & it was all wrapped up and completed by mid August. I used their West Byfleet office and dealt mostly with Dan/Daniel. He constantly kept me updated, he was constantly chasing solicitors for updates. I truly felt like I didn’t have to do anything myself - I was in capable hands. I’ve never felt less stressed selling a house! I can not recommend Dan at Sterling Akroyd at Byfleet enough. Amazing service all round!
