Charlie Turned up to survey the job quickly, quote arrived soon after and work booked in for ten days later. Work took twice as long as they thought (2 days) but they honoured the original quote. Fencing work was done to a very high standard, and they overcame some challenges quickly and effectively. Lovely guys… so good to deal with - would highly recommend.

Charlie is a extremely professional, prompt and polite person to deal and will go the extra mile to help his customers. I had to replace some facing bricks damaged by a gas engineer who was fixing my boiler and I am so glad that I stumble across Charlie through one of his friends. Though it was a small job, he managed to squeeze some time from his busy schedule to get it done. He was absolutely prompt with his appointment and also managed to source the front facing bricks with no charge, which was very rare to find. Charlie and his team managed to get the job done in no time and I was amazed with the finish, as if the bricks were never replaced!. Also the clean-up after the work is excellent. I would highly recommend Charlie for any building jobs.

Great work from Staines Building Services on our patio. We had a large area of grass sloping up away from the back of the house and the patio that was there from new. Charlie advised a strip drain sorted the drainage into existing rain water drain before laying the rest of the patio. Very professional throughout with clear, honest appraisal of what was needed and choices for how to solve any problems. Would highly recommend. Efficient and high quality work.

We recently had a garage conversion completed by them. From the start they were punctual, courteous and friendly and have an attention to detail which really added to the quality of the finished job.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and we intend on using them again for the next phase of our building works (house extension)
