Spreadsheet Analytics

When I started up my business back in early 2020, Jason was of great help creating an excel spreadsheet to capture all my sales invoices, purchase invoices and create a Profit & Loss Statement so that I could use easily for my Self Assessment. It was a working model that I could update regularly by myself with no support needed. He ensured certain extra data fields were added and created reports which gave myself analytical data to how many clients I was seeing month on month, revenue by month by sales source, outstanding sales invoices and summarised costs by month so I could identify overspend. Without this I would not have been able to see my business metrics from a bank statement if I cash accounted. I would highly recommend Jason’s expert spreadsheet skill set, coupled with the fact that he is an Accountant by trade helps with creating meaning reports. I have worked with Jason as a colleague and he was the “go to person” to help with excel problems. He would find solutions to complex problems, automate processes to reduce the admin time taken and design a simple logical data flows. He has excel spreadsheet skills in creating summarised models from raw data, reducing processing time to create reports & finding solutions to creating meaningful data reports from a financial point of view (among many other skills).
