Since coming to Sophia for my hair it has become the healthiest it has ever been. I have had friends tell me they have never seen my hair look so thick and shiny. I used to be really self conscious of my hair as it was always so thin and damaged, now I’m so happy with it and it has really boosted my confidence. Sophia is a complete perfectionist not only with the colour and styling but with the condition as well, she takes time to listen to you and understand what your hair needs and she never rushes you in and out. On top of being the best hairdresser she is also an incredibly kind and lovely person, and her new salon is just stunning. I can’t recommend her enough xxx

Run don’t walk to book in an appointment with Sophia! She’s exceptionally talented and knowledgeable as well as being a lovely person to chat to. At my first appointment she completely transformed my hair with the best colour I’ve ever had and hair extensions too. I’ve had several appointments since and with her care and advice my natural hair is looking the healthiest it has been is years! Would 100% recommend her to anyone. I’ll never go anywhere else now.

Sophia has been doing my hair now for the past 18 mths. In this time my hair has gone from snapped, bitty, over processed to a healthy head of hair whilst wearing extensions. She is very knowledgeable and knows what will suit you. Colours are always perfect.
I no longer need extensions (for now) they are addictive! Sophia fits them so well you don’t know they are there!

Sophia does my colour and nano weft and i have always loved the results. The extensions are the best I have ever had, they last well in between appointments and they are very natural looking. Sophia is very experienced and has good knowledge about extensions technique and hair care. What is most important to me is that when my extensions are removed my hair is not damaged, it is in good condition and is growing well so I really rate the nano weft! In addition she is lovely and always have a laugh during my appointment. Athena is a beautiful clinic with a fab atmosphere! 10/10 would recommend 🥰

I have been going to Sophia for a few years now, I have followed her from Hereford and travel each time to my appointment as no one else has ever been able to give me the results I have with Sophia. She is incredibly talented and my hair has never looked so good. I have very thin hair naturally so have had extensions for years - this had previously caused damage to my hair, it was thin, brittle and dry. Now, my hair is in the best condition it’s ever been in, the growth and thickness is noticeable that if I ever needed to take the extensions out I’d be okay with my real hair underneath now.
One of my favourite things about Sophia is that she is always updating and changing methods, hair quality, researching and somehow making it even better - we’ve gone through all types of extensions with each other and each time it looks seamless and stunning. Sophia will always talk to you about what you want beforehand, talk about the results, how to maintain and advise (I went brown once, she spend a whole day fixing that for me). Then styling, Sophia will always spend time styling it to perfection, giving you the curls that can only be done in her salon - I have tried so hard to replicate it, and it lasts most of the week from my appointment.
The last thing I have to review about Sophia isn’t just her talent as a hairdresser , but Sophia as a person. She is warm and lovely, and always makes you feel better, listening and talking without judgement, I have cried to her and laughed so hard in that chair.
Athena, is a stunning salon and all the touches she has worked on herself to make it extra special too. I cannot recommend Sophia enough.

I've been going to Soph since she was in Hereford. I started off with a pixie cut. I'd had enough of my short hair and really wanted to be able to grow it out but the fact I have a really bad issue with just chopping it off. I decided to get extension. I was recommended Sophia and we spoke about the whole process. It took a little while to grow to the length that was best to have them put in but Soph was there every step of the way having to deal with my growth picture each month till it was finally time to fit them. Giving me tips how to make the process go a little quicker.

Honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. My hair has always been on point and the growth has been amazing and healthy. Poor Soph has to put up with me every time I decide to get my hair chopped and change my mind with wanting it long again. Yup I'm one of the those clients.

Every time i go to Soph there is always an amazing,safe and bubbly atmosphere. I think I've probably had a few therapy sessions since going there as well.

People always ask me why I travel so far to get my hair done and my answer is always she is the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
