I have been dealing with Select Property for several years, almost since they set up their first Vita student project. Because it was the beginning of their venture and basically the start of these student accommodation investment opportunities it was a bit of an unknown quantity...so I did feel I was taking a risk. I need not have worried as I have been impressed by the efficiency of the team with all projects I am involved in. Rental payments have all been honoured and arrive in my bank exactly as scheduled. They also keep clients in the loop with regular updates. Of course we are still within guaranteed interest rate periods so it will be interesting to see what happens next.
