Spent a great deal of time looking for a reputable construction company to remodel my kitchen. I found Ralph Schonian at RES Construction and was so impressed with his consultation with me. He explained how he runs his business and how he would draw up all the plans, give me lots of options, and provide a weekly itemized list of all work completed with a breakdown of labor and materials.

I hired RES and have been so impressed with every aspect of my kitchen remodel. During the process I made numerous additional requests and he explained the scope of work and additional cost of materials and labor. My initial kitchen remodel turned into a major remodel for my living and family room as well.

Ralph and his crew cleaned up at the end of each day and kept the job site neat and tidy. The project was completed on time and within the budget I set ( although I did go over based on additional job changed). Overall, the remodel is fantastic and looks amazing. Ralph was here each day and kept in complete contact with me. He assisted me with selecting finishes like cabinets, flooring, granite, tile, doors, and everything else.

I would highly recommend RES Construction to anyone looking to build or remodel. Quality and customer service are amazing.
