Sanderson park is gorgeous nicely set out and houses are spacious and thought out with gorgeous kitchens. Very impressed

My partner and I visited Sanderson Park on the Bank Holiday weekend. Long story short, we have settled on a lovely property (The Warwick). It is early days yet, but I must say that Georgia has been fantastic. Friendly and professional, and has the answers to most of the questions. If she doesn't know the answer she sources it quickly. We spoke to other residents on site whom have said that their experience to date has been positive. Will update when we get the keys.

Staff have been really helpful. This is my second Redrow purchase. Looked at a lot of developers but have had such a good Redrow experience I struggled to find the other developers anywhere near as good. Much more choice of options than any developer I’d seen, and got a really great deal from them. Much more house for your money too than similarly priced properties in the area.

Devastated & Frustrated by Redrow Sanderson Park - Avoid at All Costs!

I'm writing this review to express my utter devastation and frustration with Redrow Sanderson Park. After pouring my heart and soul into buying the house diligently preparing all my mortgage documents, they pulled the rug out from under me in the most unprofessional and insensitive way possible.

Just as I was about to reach the finish line, they sent me a nonchalant email informing me that despite my progress, they'd given the plot to another buyer who offered to exchange quicker. Apparently, "business point of view" trumped my dedicated preparation.

Words can't describe how devastated I feel. My hopes of finally owning a home were shattered in an instant, replaced by a crushing sense of disappointment and anger.

Their "kind regards" and offer of first refusal on other plots is a slap in the face. How can they expect me to trust them after such a betrayal? What guarantee is there that this won't happen again with another seemingly "promising" plot?

This entire experience has been a nightmare. Redrow Sanderson Park operates with utter disregard for genuine interest and commitment. If you're considering buying from them, RUN, don't walk, in the opposite direction. Save yourself the heartache and find a company that actually values its customers and respects their time and efforts.

This isn't just a one-star review, it's a warning cry to potential buyers. Beware of Redrow Sanderson Park's deceptive practices and prioritize your peace of mind. Choose a builder who values integrity and genuine commitment, not just "business point of view."

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lee, the sales representative at Sanderson Park, and I have to say that he exceeded all of my expectations. From our first interaction, it was clear that Lee was passionate about his job and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home for me and my family.

Throughout the entire process, Lee was always available to answer any questions I had and provided helpful guidance and insights. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and worked tirelessly to find properties that met those requirements. In addition, he was never pushy or aggressive, which I really appreciated.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Seems like they are selective as to who they want on the development. Do not recommend unless you want a traumatic house purchasing journey. Thought they were premium house builders, I think the staff need some major training first! 100% agree with the bad reviews underneath.

Sadly I have to say that I would advise anyone looking at Sanderson Park to stay well away.
After being pushed and pressured into reserving plot 9 quickly and then exchanging as soon as possible, what has followed has been worthy of some of the most ridiculous plots in a sitcom.
From day 1 they have kept the full truth from us, trying to keep us happy and crossing their fingers that everything will be ok. In reality they have now informed us that they will not be meeting the legal long stop date (over 6 months after the expected completion date).
The reason for this as I’m sure they will comment below is due to delays with utilities. They will say it’s not their fault etc.
But what I would love to know, is, when did they first start the process of getting the utilities and when did they realise it was going to start delaying the project? Because I only found out it was an issue in late December, which was after the original completion date.
Sounds to me like they knew all along but were too afraid to actually tell their customers to give us enough time to secure better mortgage rates.
Now I’m facing £60,000 additional spend over a 5 year fixed rate as well as risk with the buyer of my house pulling out.
So Redrow, 5* house builder, caring about their customers… what do they offer to keep me as a customer and continue to buy the house? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
They claim they don’t offer incentives, yet I got free flooring in the kitchen.
So redrow, could you show me evidence that you CAN’T give incentives vs what it really is which is you DON’T want to give them?
Sounds like another lie to me, I’m sure if I spoke to other couples on the estate they would probably tell me they had a lot more for free…
This has been the biggest joke of a process by a so called 5* builder.
Well unless something changes pretty quickly and they start caring about us, they’re customers, that 5* rating will be dropping fast.
