Decent sized gym with lots of equipment that’s generally well maintained and kept clean. Overall I think it represents pretty good value for money for what i consider to be a reasonably priced monthly subscription when compared to other gyms.

The instructors are all fantastic and helpful. The classes are superb. The equipments are great. I have been a member for many years now, and I still love coming to this branch almost every single day. Highly recommended.

I regularly go here even though it's not my closest. It's spacious and the staff are great. I've had one-to-one sessions with Dolla who also does spin classes. He's very helpful

The stretch classes with dolla are sincerely incredibly relaxing and very good for stiff joints I suffer with a pain syndrome and I always feel brand new after these classes , it's a excellent relaxing experience he is very knowledgeable it's definitely a must to help with all levels of flexibility. Only thing is the tunes needs sorting asap haha 🤣

Love the stretch classes to cater for variety. Quick and easy to book. Great instructors. Always pushing you to be better and more flexible. Great for those stiff muscles.

Brilliant! I go early morning where there's only a few dedicated, serious trainers. I can't abide having to wait to use equipment behind Gucci & Versace kitted gym users who see the gym as a social outing.

The vibe is good & friendly, & I appreciate being left alone to train & exercise without the Armani lot wanting to strike up long, inane conversations that interrupt my training flow & concentration.

Highly recommended!
