Absolutely fantastic. Turn around of the laptop was so so unbelievably fast. I wasn’t sure what the problem was- but now if i had any more issues i would go straight back to Tom, as he has done a perfect job

We would like to thank Tom & Luke for the exceptional customer service & technological magic they carried out on our laptop. Struck with panic when it was clearly in need of medical attention they brought it back to life. From it being collected from our home to Tom calling me with diagnosis & telling us it was ready to collect. We chose to collect as I wanted to have a run through in person.
They have the patience of saint as I’m the first to say technology is not my forte.
We will definitely be using their expertise again & recommend them to friends & family.

I left a message for Tom and he responded very quickly. Told him the problem and he quickly diagnosed it over the phone. He advised it was a good computer and would be better to fix rather than buy a new one. It was collected next day, and I got a call to say it was as he thought and gave me a price. It was then quickly repaired and delivered back to me. Great service and price. Would happily use again if needed and highly recommend

“Took my daughter’s computer in as it had been overheating and turning off. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very quick in looking into and repairing the computer. I felt like nothing was too big or small for them to look into. They even went as far as repairing the outer shell which was slightly out of shape due to it being previously dropped. Excellent service.”

Excellent service. Tom was friendly and helpful, put a new battery in my old laptop, which is now as good as new, and also set up my new laptop. Reasonably priced, kept me across everything and collected and delivered at my convenience. Highly recommended!

Amazing and prompt reply. My laptop appeared frozen and I wasn’t able to restart it. I was a bit worried as had all my work unsaved. I searched Google from my phone in hope I’ll get someone to help. I contact this team and I had a very quick reply from Tom which was amazing, very professional and his advice was very helpful. I have managed to restart laptop very quickly on his guidance and also got hold of all my documents. I will recommend his service.
