We recently worked with Plug and Play on the design and build of a new website for our established wedding venue. The team were fantastic to work with: responsive, imaginative and efficient. We loved the design process and have come away with a site that ticks all the boxes we were hoping for: authentic to our brand, original and aesthetically beautiful while also providing the not insignificant levels of functionality that we require. I recently engaged the Plug & Play team to rebuild my company website, tasking them with taking a very outdated design built in Dreamweaver and turning it into something that appropriately portrayed the high quality products my company produces.

The brief I gave them involved a complete rebrand, a change of platform from Dreamweaver to WordPress and the creation of a completely custom built customer portal that would allow my customers to download software directly from the site.

The team at Plug & Play absolutely smashed every aspect of the brief and went on to create something that has massively transformed the way in my company is percieved online.

I worked very closely with Ben Thompson, who quite honestly couldn't do enough for me during the entire project, and even now with post go live care he has been a complete credit to the Plug & Play team. He made sure that I was constantly updated and knew what was going on, and was more than happy to field the, quite frankly, many dumb questions I had during the project.

The project itself was a lengthy one, but it showed that they weren't interested in just rushing out anything that would either not meet or exceed my expectations. The entire P&P team were always happy to deal with the various revisions and alterations that I requested as we went through the project and it was clear they understood how important it was to give my website users a seamless experience from start to finish.
