I have been having physio here since my knee replacement at the end of July. It’s not been easy & there were days when the pain was unbearable. But with the help of an amazing physio called Clive Riley I am almost as good as new & ready to go back to work. I can't recommend Bex from Physio Fit enough! She’s been a huge help with my pain relief and gave me a set of exercises that I’ll continue using even after the treatment. Bex is incredibly knowledgeable, and her expertise really shows in every session, really taking the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Brilliant place.I was referred here after having issues with my balance & coordination for quite some time.About 10 minutes into my consultation,Clive had worked out exactly what was causing my problems & provided me with exercises to improve my symptoms.I go now at regular intervals for a check up & to see if there are any alterations needed with my physio program.

I would highly recommend PhysioFit(& the ladies on the reception desks are lovely too ).

Arriving with Bex I was in excruciating pain and barely able to move. Almost immediately she identified the problem and started to relieve the pain. Bex was incredibly reassuring and professional from the second I arrived and within 3 sessions I’m almost back to normal! I can thoroughly recommend Clive for his patience and attention to detail both in diagnosis and solving the issue with my hip. In addition to strengthening exercises, I also now have a better running technique. A detailed programme of the exercises was also emailed after each session.
