I’ve been seeing Leila for a couple of years now, since developing pelvic pain during my first pregnancy. She is so welcoming and kind, and totally understanding of the stresses and strains on the body (and mind!) during pregnancy as well as life with a newborn / toddler. She has really helped me to identify and relieve some of the particularly tricky areas of strain on my body, especially now I am going through pregnancy number 2! Couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Leila!

I have been visiting Leila for over a period of 6 months and I can't praise her enough! I started with a mommy MOT this was almost over a year since having my last baby, and Leila immediately identified the strengths and weaknesses in such a professional manner. She has such a contagious personality, is extremely lovely and makes you feel like you are dealing with a long lost friend...so much warmth and understanding. It truly is a delight. The exercises she recommends are so well explained and they have proven to make a noticeable difference. I highly recommend Leila at PhysioAdvantage for her professionalism, skills, knowledge and kindness. I first saw Leila for a post-natal MOT … years after the birth of my last baby. Thankfully I learned that it’s never to late to start pelvic floor exercises!
I also see Leila for chronic hip pain which has significantly improved after a few sessions. Her hands-on skills and follow up stretching and strengthening advice has enabled me to find joy in running again! Leila really cares about her clients and shared genuine joy in my recent running event achievements that were largely pain free thanks to her x

I started seeing Leila at Physioadvantage when I was about 6 months pregnant with my first.. and she was that wonderful I still see her now 5 months postpartum with my second! Leila's knowledge, skillset and positivity made an incredible impact on my pregnancy and return to long ultra running postpartum. I couldn't reccomend Leila (and Mummy MOTs) enough! I always leave appointments feeling empowered, capable and focused, knowing that my body will continue to deliver under Leila's expert guidance. I would like to highly recommend Leila. I went to see her as I was suffering badly with Plantar Fasciitis. After 6 sessions with Leila my feet have improved so much that I am now able to get back to running regularly. Leila is very knowledgeable, and has given me exercises to do that I am sure will really help to maintain this improvement. She is also the most lovely and warm person that you could hope to meet.

I can’t recommend Leila enough!
She has completely changed and improved my recovery for the better.
Having old injuries, I had a bit of apprehension seeing a physio. But Leila is perfect for understanding and aiding recovery. I wish I’d have plucked up the courage years ago.

Leila is amazing, so kind, supportive, knowledgeable and such a talented physiotherapist. She cares so much about her clients. I first saw Leila 3 years ago for a mummy MOT. She identified issues I didn't realise I had and gave me exercises to help long term. I've had a bad back, shoulders and neck since teenage years and seen various people over years but Leila has helped me more than anyone. i see her to keep on top of things. Love her postnatal hiit classes that help embed the exercises. She's also helped me get back to running and helped my dad with arthritic knees. he's hard to impress and he was impressed and walking better. I recommend her to everyone, especially new mums. It's better to get checked now to try to avoid long term issues.

My experience with Physioadvantage has been mind altering and Leila was recommended to me at exactly the right time in my post partum rehab journey. Being a lockdown first time Mum I had zero follow ups and was in desperate need of a professional Mummy MOT.
