Woman at the desk was rude, no manners and spoke to me in a patronising manner. Employed by the DVSA or not, when providing a service, a basic level of customer service is needed. Commanded me to do stuff rather than asked. Other lady was okay, but the one at the desk seriously needs training in customer service.

The 2 ladies that work in this location are rude unprofessional and need to be retrained on customer service. They do not posses the words Please or Thank You in their vocabulary I am a 42 year old who was sitting a professional diploma qualification and was treated like a 5 year old by these two. I will not be using this location again and will be recommending that my employer does not either.

What a terrible test centre my son went to do his cscs test today and the woman was sow rude heard her on the. Phone why my wife was on the phone to me she talked down to my wife and my son suffers with his mental health issues date Monday 3’09’22

Shocking how rude the woman on the reception is. Should not be working in a front of house role. I shall be using a different center form our company CSCS tests from now on.
