Turned up 7.45 on a Saturday morning for my cscs test to be turned away as my signature didn’t exactly match what was on my photo card driving licence, didn’t realise your receptionist are calligraphy trained, if they were they would know signatures change as you get older, maybe employ a bit of common sense if the photo matches and the signature has all the same characteristics then there’s no issue.

I understand we are under a pandemic 5 times now theory test has been cancelled I complained via fb and told to email, no response to email. 18th July last one to cancel..cannot understand why..I really need a contact number now to sort this out as his driving instructor now doesnt contact him or reply to book any more lesson.. sharon Micklethwaite

I was booking CSCS test for someone else and the bank payment wouldn’t go through because it was different details, which was fair enough, So rang up to finalise the transaction over the phone. The call handler said the fee was £44.95 and when I queried this because it said the fee was £21 on the website he said the website hadn’t been updated and the fee had gone up! which was untrue. When I rang back again to query the email coming through as a test for operatives card (withdrawn in 2014) instead of labourers card he said these were the same with no explanation. I then, again asked why they had charged £44.95 instead of £21 he kept saying it’s £44.95. When asked why everyone else charged £21 he said they themselves charged the over inflated price. So he told untruths when booking, it hadn’t gone up at all but the £44.95 is what this company charge disgusting, over double the fee!

Miss sold a training package critical to a contract, salesmen Robert lied to get us to book a candidate on the course knowing there would be no way certification would be released in time for the contract start then to tell us he did warn us when he blatently didnt as we would have gone elsewere - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
