A two hour introduction to Wordpress with Penny from Outerbridge was great value. Penny is a first class tutor and provided clear guidance on setting up a new Wordpress website, navigation of the software and the important things to consider when starting out. Definitely saved many many hours of research and frustration!

Penny visited our office to help with some training on Wordpress. Being complete novices we were pleased that she explained things clearly and in a language we could understand. We really feel we benefitted from Penny's knowledge and have no hesitation in recommended the services of Outerbridge.

After looking for some intermediate training courses on wordpress and finding nothing but beginner courses, I managed to find Outerbridge. I booked a wordpress training session with Mike and Penny and they completely tailored the training to what I needed to learn. They listened to what I could and couldn’t do, and where I had gaps in my knowledge and understanding of how to develop wordpress sites the right way. After a cup of tea and a chat to determine the most important things I needed to learn, Mike was setting up a demo site to walk me through how things worked and explained the methodology in a simple way I could understand. Penny would also bolster the training by giving advice and explaining things slightly differently or recommending alternatives and she’s so in tune to understanding what it is you need or want to achieve, often suggesting brilliant ideas. I came away with a totally different understanding and felt enlightened. Loads of things were unlocked and I now know the right tools, methods and processes to build a professional and efficient website. I can’t wait to start putting these new skills into action. I’ll certainly be booking more training with Outerbridge, I feel like we only just scratched the surface of what I can learn.

Penny taught me more in 2 hours than I have learned from anyone else in many years. Some people have the ability to teach and others don't, Penny certainly does. She was able to show me how to iron out the many issues with a particular website and enabled me to have the confidence to be able to set up a YouTube channel and upload a video to the website. I would not hesitate to book in another session if I find that there are more areas of the website that I need more help with. Thank you for your help and patience and also thank you to Mike for his assistance with a particular issue there were struggles with!

Penny is extremely knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed my training session with her. Outerbridge has exactly the right balance of knowing their subject, being able to relate that to clients and providing premises that are relaxed and informal enough so that you can absorb the nuggets of gold you are given. Well worth the money and I'd happily recommend them to anyone wishing to undertake any training.

Penny and Mike at Outerbridge have looked after our Wordpress Ecommerce site for the last 4 years... might be longer!
