SocialSignIn provide the social media management software for the business I currently work for - Bromford.

The system allows to us to effectively manage our customer service traffic (private message and mentions across a range of platforms) into one unified inbox. In addition to this, the system also gives us the ability to create, schedule and share out content to support marketing efforts, and ultimately encourage traffic to our site. We also have the ability to dive into deep and interactive analytics of our social output (and input) as well as monitoring the web for mentions on our brand.

The software is easy to use and intuitive. The development team work hard to keep the system in line with new improvements and features form all major social networks, and are always open for customer feedback and potential new features for the roadmap.

As a business, the company are great to work with. They listen to us as a client and engage with or concerns and aspirations for the future. There customer services is always great and the inbuilt web chat features means a member of SSI is only ever a few seconds away - whether thats to give technical support or just give us some best practice advice.

Overall, we really happy with the service we get from SSI and would recommended them as a great social media SaaS.

The Social SignIn platform is fantastic - clever, measurable data and tracking with whizzy dashboards and a useful app. We have seen great improvements and success thanks to Social SignIn functionality - particularly around more complex metrics, measuring social listening, sentiment, brand awareness and ROI. The knowledgeable team are always happy to help via phone or their handy live chat channel. Can't recommend the product or team enough.
