Patient Access app used to be brilliant for ordering prescriptions etc but have been unable to log in for months meaning I have to call the surgery now which is not ideal for them or me. I did log a ticket but never heard anything from them. Their tech is supposed to make things easier but it just drives calls back into surgeries. Terrible service.

This Company is the most Incompetant tech team i have ever come across 4 lines of security to even log in to a place only i know Im dealing with ...You have even locked me out of my own Drs so cannot do anything your tech team are all away on vacation and you are making millions from a system that does not work .. I pity the Elderly who will find dealing with your company a nightmare from the off I will be asking the question via my MP why were paying your company millions for a system that DOES NOT WORK apart from confusing everyone from the get go Dont take my word for it give the Tech team a query to sort I wish you Luck Outraged customer

This company runs as patient access as one of its online lead generation companies. Please stay away the level of customer service for patient access is appauling not to mention the crooks they are by debiting money out of accounts which does not belong to them. The lead generation they provide is useless and certainly not what it is sold as initially through sleazy sales men like Greg Demalis. We were charged for one of our locations despite the fact we did not receive a single lead over 12 months from that location. Despite advising we would not be charged for this they have extorted the full balance. Stay well away from patient access and signing up to a bogus company.

A bunch of inconsiderate people, who park in surrounding cul-de-sacs, causing blind spots and danger to residents. Despite being asked to park in their own carpark, the problem still remains and local authorities are having to get involved. Granted its not everyone but locally, it's giving the business a very bad name
