I went with Optima to do my 2391 testing and inspection cert and I was worried because it's an especially hard certificate to gain but the team at Optima were brilliant in their teaching and gave me the knowledge and confidence to pass with relative ease and Karl was especially a good teacher not only did he teach me the correct way to test but also gave me advice on real world applications through his own experience, if anyone is looking to do their 2391 I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thanks again guys

Scammers they don't know who the awarding body of qualifications are!

So how can they say they can get you qualified?

I questioned this and they removed my comments and facts to put them straight from their site!

Would you want to pay someone to be taught something they didn't understand themselves?

Normally I wouldn't have posted on here but if they had apologized and been professional about their error they probably would have got 5 stars but the fact that they removed a factual constructive post as I did give the answer it my posting. Means that they aren't Professional and handled this completely wrong.

Means they are not trustworthy!
But this is only my opinion.

Do not use this company! I paid for a level 3 electrical course which I was told would be completed in 12 months. We are now two and a half years and no qualification. Terrible customer service and I wouldn't go near this company again.
