I've been going to Nutrismo bootcamp since January 2024 and it has to be the best around. It's for all abilities and no session is the same. It helps you achieve your fitness goals and carl and roger are brilliant instructors that take real time and care over the sessions to make them a great workout for all. A great bunch of people go and there is always a real team work ethic amongst everyone. We also have a laugh.

The best decision I made was to sign up. The sessions are challenging, but always varied and good fun. Carl puts a huge amount of effort into making his sessions stand out from other. The Bootcampers are an amazing bunch of people and always good for a laugh. I can’t recommend Nutrismo enough.

Started bootcamp in April 2023 my fitness levels have greatly improved. Has helped me lose 2.5 stone and encourage me with healthy eating. Great socal events, made some friends. Carl trains hard but you can find your own level. Best thing I did was join this group.

Everyone is so welcoming! It's such a fun bootcamp, and everyone has a laugh. There's no pressure to keep up. Carl and Sags help with all the exercises and show you how to improve. A really good bootcamp for all abilities!

Excellent bootcamp -
Everyone is very friendly and it is a very good inclusive environment, no matter what your fitness levels are or who you are. Carl is very knowledgeable, motivating and always provides a brilliant session!
If you are looking to hit your weight loss goals/ increase cardio and strength or tone up, you will definitely hit them (and quickly!) here but you have fun at the same time: win win!. Would definitely recommend.

A fun, friendly and challenging bootcamp. It’s very inclusive and full of surprises (no two sessions are the same). The staff push you to do the best you can and give you a sense of achievement and enjoyment. I’ve been doing at least 2 sessions a week for over a year and it always makes me smile. Highly recommended if you want to get fit and strong and have fun.

A great class for all fitness abilities. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and Carl make the classes fun and enjoyable always feel great in myself once I have had a session. Been going along now for 2years and I feel more healthy, confident and more energetic. Don’t regret it one bit 💪🏼
