Fabulous course, very informative, feel more confident in applying first aid. Using resuscitation manikins was useful and we all had 1 each so no sharing which is great. Having a go at the defibrillators was very useful and so easy to use. Alistair made the course fun and interesting learnt so much from him. Would recommend North Pennines Training to family and friends with no hesitation.

A good balance of practical and theory throughout the day which went really quickly. Great trainer who knew the subject and the audience needs and delivered brilliantly.
