Fantastic little gym and Ian is really good @ helping me train after my stroke.the tunes are top notch aswel while you train having sunshower just downstairs is a added bonus highley reccommend for all levels of fitness💪💪

I have had a warm welcome to the gym today. I was shown around all the equipment and given a trial on them. I was treated with great patience and kindness, which goes a long way when you are 65, and rather nervous! I did not feel at all pressured to do anything I was uncomfortable with. I left feeling very energized and positive about the experience having signed up for the year.
