I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nikki to help people of varied ages through so many different struggles in life. In fact, I regularly recommend her to our Physiotherapy clients as you simply cannot separate mind and body - they are so closely related so as Physiotherapists we rely input from great clinicians like Nikki to work with us to help resolve very complex and deep rooted cases. Otherwise, we would encounter a significant barrier to physical recovery and have unsuccessful outcomes as mental health is just as important to treat as physical health. Indeed in some cases - mental health is more important factor to address. Nikki has been through so much herself and you can see that in her genuine empathy and compassion for what she does. She cares. She isn't pushy at all. She respects that you have to be ready at your own pace for dealing with things. She is flexible and inventive in her incredibly personalised approach. Allergies no more! After just one session with Nikki my allergy to our new kitten thankfully has disappeared 🪄. I literally could not spend 45 minutes in the same room without struggling to breathe, my face would be itchy and my eyes would run. I contacted Nikki to talk about my anxiety issues in regards to anything medical. Needles, x rays, scans, etc. Nikki listened to my concerns as to how it's held me back in situations and quickly and professionally assessed the best help for me to achieve my goal of having no anxiety in these areas. And also my want not to pass these "issues" onto my kids.

I am ecstatic to report that after one session, I can confidently read things now that can graphically describe medical "stuff" and am confident that my anxiety will not be there the next time I attend a flu jab or have my blood pressure taken.
