Started at Narali a few weeks ago. The studio is lovely and all the staff are so welcoming and fantastic at what they do. I am not at all flexible and struggle with tight hip flexor, but feel very supported to work within my limits but also push myself to loosen up what my running does to my body. Thank you to all instructors, particularly mention though to Sophie and Rania 🙏🙏

I have been coming to Narali studio for the past few months and felt compelled to write a review. All the teachers and team are very welcoming and friendly, in particular my favourite classes are Jules’ Power Yoga and Rania’s Vinyasa Hot Flow. The classes are challenging yet inclusive and I come out of the classes feeling uplifted and like I’ve had a good workout! Highly recommend 🙂

I went to my first ever yoga session this week and I was a little nervous. Upon entry I was greeted by a nice smile and friendly face. The instructor was excellent I had never felt so at peace before. My ability to get into positions wasn’t the best and the instructor took the time to properly guide me. I will definitely be going back.

The instructors at this studio are good and the classes are enjoyable, however some of the lessons are extremely overcrowded to the point where it is not possible to do the exercises correctly as you simply cant stretch your arms or legs without hitting anyone. This is because the studio has marked the spots for your mats meaning your mat is merely centimetres away from another person. I actually never experienced such an overcrowded studio and I have been to quite a few. Obviously the studio is trying to maximise the capacity but it comes at the cost of the whole experience and at £14 per class it is not the cheapest. Additionally, you must bring your own mat otherwise you will be charged £3 which is quite shocking as I have never been to a studio that charges to rent a mat.... I really hope they reconsider they reconsider the maximum capacity for their classes because the instructors and lessons are good!

I recently attended a class at Narali and I was so pleased with how the class was instructed and how friendly the teacher was.
Being a complete beginner it was so nice to feel so welcomed.
Will definitely be back for more!

My husband purchased a one month unlimited class pass with Narali Yoga and we are quite appalled at what has incurred.
He attended one class a couple of days after purchase. The following afternoon he injured himself quite severely, slipping a disk and has been told it will take a significant time to recover.
We contacted Narali Yoga with all the above information, requesting a refund as he is not able to attend any classes and due to his nature of work we are not based in one place long enough to potentially use it later on once recovered.
My husband offered to cover the cost of the first and only lesson that he attended, however we were told that “ we don’t do refunds”. This is appalling. Surely each circumstance should be taken into account, and considering these circumstances a refund should and would be given by decent consumers. This was not stated prior to purchase in any terms or conditions either, we have attended many Yoga classes with different companies but none have behaved in this manner.
This kind of attitude says a lot about a company and it is very poor customer service. There was absolutely no consideration given to my husband as a customer. Sadly we will not be using Narali Yoga in the future or recommending them to others.

What a zen and peaceful space. As an athlete I had so much stiffness! Rania truly focused on helping release the tension! Thank you for the classes! Will be back for sure! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
