Mike is a phenomenal coach! He really takes the time to listen and create a training programme to suit your needs. He is very good at reaching out to you personally and checking if you're training and diet has been on point. Michael is an amazing PT and coach. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and always so supportive of his clients. I highly recommend Michael to anyone and everyone.

I done PT with MJH for just over a year with the intention of getting motivated again, not only did MJH help with with that but he also helped me gain confidence and believe in myself and realise what I am capable of. Every session was worth going to and He wasn't just there to PT but to push me towards my goals he inspired me and any advice needed he always went the extra mile to help.
I hope to continue PT again in the future and I would definately recommend MJH. I will still use the gym with the knowledge, motovation and confidence I have gained by having PT with Michael. 🙂

Been with MJH Personal Training for a few weeks now and enjoying being back strength training after a couple of years off! Sessions are varied, fun, yet challenging all at the same time! I’ve been using MJH Personal Training for 6 months now and I am loving my fitness journey.
Micheal was the first PT I had ever had and I had never stepped in a gym before.

I’ve been working with Michael for 20 months now and i’m really happy with the results. I initially had 1-1 sessions but now use the online service. With weekly check ins I always feel supported and Michael develops the sessions to support the other exercise activities that I do. I’m currently three weeks in and feeling great - Michael prepared me a meal plan along with three workouts a week initially. But when I wanted to add a couple of extra days training in he prepared personal workouts right away! He also changed the lunch’s in the meal plan when I wasn’t feeling chicken any more! He’s flexible and keeps me motivated!!

I feel like I see what I was doing wrong on all my diets before after going on his program! It’s definitely worth it! Looking forward to seeing continued results in a few months
