Drove over from a neighbouring village specifically to donate a couple of bags of valuable clothes, the car park is a bit of a nightmare as there's only a few spaces and people park anywhere they can fit a car in so even just driving through is tricky. Then was (quite rudely) told that donations are not accepted at the end of the day (still 10 minutes before closing) and it was impossible to leave it for anyone in the morning. Certainly won't be trying again after that.

It's got a lot more expensive recently. Not much selection of toys often priced up close to brand new prices

As a student on a small income I try to save money by buying most of my clothes in charity shops, but this shop has horrendously high prices eg. £75 for an old woollen coat with moth damage that should really be scrapped! It is more like an expensive boutique! Who is it for? It’s honestly cheaper to buy some of the same clothes new in designer outlet stores! Please people take note of the condition and the fact that these were donated to you, don’t be greedy! Im all for giving to charity but I don’t want to be ripped off! Some charity shops like this one have got carried away with unrealistic pricing and as a result priced out people on a low income and students like me and only cater to the well off weekend shoppers who want to feel virtuous and fashionable by patronising them. What a shame. Two stars for a polite assistant. 🤷‍♀️

Donated items, and thankfully they were accepting items. When I came in after calling I was spoken to rudely / hostile shop assistant and didn’t feel welcome. I won’t be going back as I felt uncomfortable.
Very disappointing considering this is a charity.
