I have had the pleasure of learning from Matt on plenty of occasions over the last several years. Matt is a highly talented, very driven, and kind instructor. He takes his time with people, and is extremely patient with anyone at any level. Since working with Matt, I have been able to have more confidence in my abilities, perform for large crowds, and attend many different events without having to doubt myself. He brought me out of my dancing shell and I am extremely confident he will do the same for you. I highly recommend taking lessons with him and learning from him.

Matt is a great dance teacher. He loves to teach and is always excited about what he is going to demonstrate to the class. He’s not only great at what he does but is also a nice person. He makes everyone feel comfortable and we have a lot of fun dancing. I recommend anyone to come and join his class, they will not be disappointed.

I started taking class with Matt and Emeline after moving to New Windsor. From the moment I stepped into his class, I felt so welcomed and part of the family. Their love of salsa and love of teaching is what I love about them. Matt is an awesome caring instructor who will get you on the dance floor sooner than you think. I’ve also taken private lessons which I enjoyed very much. I highly recommend Matt and Emeline so if you ever wanted to learn to dance salsa, come on thru. You won’t be disappointed.

All I can say is WOW! I've learned so much with Matt as my instructor. Matt teaches you the science and art behind every move. It's not about memorizing choreography, it's more about how each move is connected to another. He prepares you through his lessons in such a way that you can pick up and salsa with anyone. Matt is patient, kind, and just an overall great human. I met with Matt for 15 private lessons because they were that good!!! Looking forward to learning more and having fun at the group classes.

I started dancing salsa on 2 with Matt approximately 1.5 years ago with no previous experience in dancing salsa and I have grown tremendously. Matt is an excellent teacher and has a huge passion for teaching. He is a true exemplar of the saying “if you do what you love, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” His patience, passion, and good vibe sets a positive atmosphere and safe space to learn in the studio. Friends definitely become like family in this community. 10/10 would recommend!
