Drove from chesterfield for a check up appointment only to be told they had not booked the appointment in properly. They did offer to “squeeze “ me in an appointment but it meant waiting around. Time I did not have. Felt like they weren’t that bothered that they’d made a mistake especially when two of the staff were quite happy to roll their eyes when they thought I hadn’t noticed. Definitely won’t be using them again as customer care is clearly not a priority.

I struggle to find somewhere to get a good pedicure. Where you leave with no hard skin on your feet and this place was no different. Because of the reputation behind the name myself and my friend travelled over an hour and half to get a Supreme Pedicure but was rather disappointed with the finished result. The venue is lovely and the staff very polite, but I left with dry hard skin. I do look after my feet so they weren't in a bad way to start with and this is what the young lady who was doing my treatment said. The products used were lovely and I will probably treat myself to some of these, but I won't be back for a treatment.
