We came and had a FANTASTIC DAY out first time and definitely wasn't disappointed. So much thought has been put in to making this fun for children of all ages (Adults too). We got there for it opening at 10am and didn't leave till closing time my children age 6 and 7 loved every minute, (so did mother and father in law who went down huge slides multiple times). from huge playground to the village and the fantastic secret keepers Sarah and Oli who were amazing with my children talking and spending time with them and of course with bubbles. Absolutely amazing definitely will be returning the place was lovely and clean we took our own food but coffee and cake prices were reasonable and cakes were quite big.
Story time was good Sarah the story tellers energy was good she had everyone involved even grown ups.

My only issue and it's not massive could do with few more benches for adults when we finally get to sit down which won't be often

If you want to give your kids freedom and yourself some free time then come here. This place is amazing and there is so much stuff to do. The staff are amazing and there's loads of activities to be done. Also recommended booking the gardens the same day as this gives you access to most of Alnwick gardens (except the castle). I would also recommend the yearly pass/membership as it's nearly the same price as the day ticket. We never tried the food but what we saw looked amazing.

Well worth spending all day here to get the most of the ticket price. My 6yr old loved it and played for hours.
They were able to explore the whole climbing structure on their own, and it felt safe to let them explore while I had a seat.
There are a few benches, but it's worth bringing a picnic blanket as there are not enough seats for everyone. As it was a very hot day, we sat under the structure at one point just to get shade, there is no cover against the elements.

There is a food shack, it's quite pricey but if you have the budget, the food is nice. We had ice cream and waffles. The refill drink is worth it, too. If you take good care of your disposable cup, you can get your money's worth. You can bring a picnic along too, so consider that to keep costs down.

The toilets in the lilidorei spot "da bum bog" are really nice, even tho a little walk from the main play structure.

The ticket included entry to the gardens, which were fabulous to visit too, so definitely make time to explore. We loved all the various elements, which was like a little surprise around each corner as we had no idea what to expect.

Overall, we had a great day and we'll be back once we've saved up again!!

Visited Alnwick Gardens and Lillidorei as part of a school trip in the school holidays, it was so busy, great for children, some of the younger children in our group didn't like going higher up for the bigger sides but found plenty to occupy them low down and enjoyed the sand pit, the older children and adults loved the big slide however it was difficult to navigate in some places - lots of crouching which kills your back. Due to it being very busy it was sometimes hard to keep an eye on the children at all times so would recommend going at quieter times. We really liked the elf houses and I'm sure it will look amazing at Christmas. The food on offer at Lillidorei was expensive but I expected it would be. We visited the gardens to and the children I was with loved getting wet in the water features.

First time to Lilidorie. The kids are older and still loved it. Lots to do here and at Alnwick garden. Highly recommend. I'd advise a full day. Waffles are also amazing 🤩 (and well done to the Elf that landed the proper plate spinning start for the first time! 👍 We were impressed )

Fantastic place to bring the kids to burn off some steam and let their imagination run wild. The structure is massive with loads of places to explore, and the slides are fun for kids and adults alike. Personal I thought the village was brilliant, all the different houses for all the different fairytale creatures are really well done and fun and a little spooky at the same time. The staff were really good fun which made the experience all the better. Yes, it's a little on the pricey side, but what isn't these days. These places are what you make of them, so if you are willing to get involved and be part of the madnes, then you're in for a good few hours of fun.

I have never seen anything like that before. It was amazing for the whole family - the kids had a great time - hours of playing and goblins hunting and so many stories around the gardens, so much to explore and see. My 2y.o. toddler had a great time as well. There are facilities on the grounds, as well as a place for food and drinks, but you can have a picnic too.
There were storytelling sessions, which was fantastic. It's worth every penny and I am definitely coming back. I'll be waiting for the Christmas experience as it looks like the best thing to do if you want some magic ✨ although from Edinburgh it's quite a journey
I highly recommend it.
