This is a very valuable class that my daughter really loved going to "for a change." Imagine experienced, intelligent, kind and caring adults who want to share all the wisdom they gained in parenting their own children, with yours. I couldn't ask for anything more. The topics and materials were obviously well researched and thought out, and presented in relatable, entertaining, interactive and hands-on ways. They even went to the parking lot to learn car maintenance and cooked a beautiful meal. I always looked forward to going over the power-point printouts my daughter brought home after each class. I especially loved the critical thinking and emotional intelligence segments that got my whole family engaged in interesting family dinner discussions. What's more, if we ever want a refresher, we are invited to come back anytime for free. That's just more proof of how much they honestly care about the students being empowered and successful. One of the most important things to me is that the people teaching my children are good examples themselves, and Sam and Liz truly are.

This was a great opportunity for my daughter. She was introduced to non-academic life skills that I thought were very necessary. Some topics we had began covering at home and this program added to her understanding and her foundation. Thank you Sam and Lana!

I'm an 8th grader who took this course. I had help for time management. This class can be fun if more people enroll. I wish I can take this class again. This class is better than school. Now I turn in my assignments on time and never get late grades at school because of this place. We do fun activities. Everyone should take this course. We do games, debates, learn how to live life, and cook food.
